He was only a child.... (He was 15 when he committed these crimes)
That's just messed up
Maybe the person changed for the better....
He should be serving his time, not get millions of dollars
I prefer paying for a rubber duck than a terrorist (yes, Ontario is paying for a rubber duck for Canada 150 that has no relation to Canada what's so ever.)
I think it's the right thing to do for everything that has happened to him
The million dollars should go to the victim's families, not this guy

He does realize that money is going to go to terrorism, right? This kid has probably been indoctrinated down to the bone by terrorists, I'm sure nothing good will come from this. Beside it's an insult towards the victims in my opinion.
